Nothing else is published. The /subscribe/ pages that catch the end
of a mailing-list confirmation are not listed, and neither is the 404 page: they carry
noindex, they are absent from sitemap.xml, and nothing links to them,
because each exists to catch a click that has already happened rather than one from a
search result.
